The apartment was absolutely amazing! It was so convenient being close to the venues for the music event we attended. We were grateful for the easy luggage drop-off and the thoughtful provision of toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, and kitchen supplies. The TV apps were a pleasant surprise too! The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the city center and great dining options nearby. Despite experiencing a power failure, the quick response and resolution were impressive. The key pick-up and drop-off process was hassle-free, and communication was straightforward. The apartment building was peaceful, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook if desired. We loved the view from the outside staircase and enjoyed breakfast on the spacious dinner table. The bedroom was cozy, and the flat itself was spotless. It was evident that the owner had put a lot of effort into making it comfortable. The location provided easy access to Chinatown and the Docks, and the contact person was responsive when we inquired about parking. our stay was outstanding.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center and a plethora of restaurants and bars. It offers a nice view from the outside staircase and has a well-equipped kitchen. the bedroom is a good size and comfortable, with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer provided.
The block of flats in the area can get quite noisy due to the presence of students and young people.

Great value for money, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the city centre and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, quickly resolving any issues we had during our stay.
The only minor improvement needed would be better ventilation in the shower room.

I recently stayed at the City Centre Modern Apartment Baltic View for a week-long visit to Liverpool. The location was perfect, with easy access to Chinatown and the Docks. The view from the outside staircase was stunning, and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and recently renovated. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals, and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom had a small but comfortable double bed, and there were convenient amenities like a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. I was impressed with the effort the owner put into making the apartment comfortable and enjoyable.
I can recommend this hotel.

The Liverpool City Centre Modern Apartment Baltic View is a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The room has a homely feel, with a well-equipped kitchen that has a fridge and an oven. It's perfect for travelers who enjoy cooking their own meals and saving some money. The flat-screen TV and comfortable seating area are great for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. The bedroom is spacious and the views of the city and sea are absolutely stunning. Plus, the free WiFi is a huge bonus for staying connected.
Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might still find it perfectly fine.

The bed was small for a double and uncomfortable. The apartment was very warm upon arrival, even with no heating on.
